We are currently not enrolled with insurance.
Payment Options:
1) We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards for all of our chiropractic services.
2) If your insurance company covers out-of-network chiropractic care, and you are not a Medicare beneficiary, you can self-submit your receipts (called ‘Superbills’) to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please Note: If you are currently a Medicare beneficiary or eligible for Medicare, please find a provider that can accept your benefits.
